Starting in July 2025, Mekari Talenta will gradually introduce a new navigation display on the web version of the application. This change aims to provide a better user experience through more structured and efficient navigation. In this article, you will find a comparison between the latest navigation display and the previous version of the navigation, as well as a guide to accessing key features through this new display.
Key Changes to Navigation
Here are some key changes to the new Mekari Talenta navigation display:
1. The navigation bar position moves from the top to the left side of the screen (sidebar).
2. More structured menu grouping according to user workflow.

Currently, you are in a transition period, where the old navigation view (top of the screen) can still be used until September 17, 2025. If you want to switch to the new navigation view or return to the old navigation view, you can do so through the Talenta Labs feature available in the Settings menu.
Please follow these steps:
- Go to Settings. After that, click Account, then click Talenta labs.
- Next, in the Navigation menu option, click “Disable” to disable the new view, which will return you to the old view of the navigation menu. Or, click “Enable” to re-enable the new navigation view.
- Finally, you can give us your feedback regarding the development of the new navigation menu for this web version of Mekari Talenta. Click “Submit” to send it.
Important
Starting September 18, 2025, the new look of the Mekari Talenta web version navigation menu will be activated by default for all users. You can still use the old navigation menu display until September 17, 2025. We encourage you to take advantage of this transition period by starting to explore the new navigation display.
