How to Manage Time to Hire Report on New Talenta Recruitment

When recruiting, a summary report of the entire recruitment process is essential. Therefore, Mekari New Talenta Recruitment provides a Time to Hire report feature to help measure recruitment time efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Here's how to manage the Time to Hire Report page and download it in Excel format.

  1. Go to the Reports page, then click Time to hire.

  2. Then, you will be directed to the following page.

No. Button/Column Name Explanation
1 Filter job position Click to select a filter based on Job position category.
2 Posting period filter Click to select a filter based on the job posting period.
3 Table column filter Click to select which column headings to include in the report.
4 Export Click to download this report.

  1. Below is a view of the exported Time to Hire Report.

    You can hover over the column headings to see a tooltip. Here's the explanation of each column:
    -Job Name: Job title.
    -Job ID: Job ID.
    -Recruiter name: Recruiter name.
    -Organization: Organization name.
    -Branch: Branch name.
    -Publication date: The date the job opening was first published or republished.
    -Total Stages: The number of stages available for the job position.
    -Time to hire: The duration from when a candidate enters the recruitment process until the candidate is marked as hired. Please note that Time to hire and Time to fill data only appear for jobs that have been published/republished after the feature was released (July 4, 2025)
    -Time to fill: The duration from when the job opening was opened until a candidate accepts the offer.
    For Each Candidate (Individual Fill Time): Calculated separately for each hire.
    Example: If a job is posted on January 1st and two candidates accept offers on January 20th and January 25th: Candidate A: January 20th - January 1st = 19 days
    Candidate B: January 25th - January 1st = 24 days
    Using Last Hire (Maximum Time to Fill): Take the date of acceptance of the most recent offer for the job. In the example above, Time to Fill = 24 days (since the last hire was on January 25th).
    -Acceptance Rate: Number of candidates hired / Number of candidates who applied.
    -Headcount needed: Number of candidates who have been hired.
    -Candidates hired: Number of candidates who have been hired.
    -Job end date: (No definition).
    -Last hired date: Last candidate hired.
    -Auto blacklist candidate?: Mark for candidates who are automatically blacklisted.
    -All stages that have existed at the company: Number of candidates at that stage.
    -All final statuses that have existed at the company: Number of candidates at that stage.
