The Reimbursement Beneficiary feature can help you to apply for reimbursement on behalf of your family members. You can apply for reimbursement either through the Mekari Talenta web version or the mobile app version.
Important
You can activate this feature by completing your Personal data and activating the feature on the Family tab, which you can learn about here.
Next, you can follow these steps to apply for reimbursement on behalf of a family member via the mobile app.

Open the Mekari Talenta application on your smartphone, then go to the Reimbursement menu

Then, click “Benefit reimbursement”.
You can also access the request reimbursement page from the main page by clicking the “Request” icon.
Then, click “Reimbursement”. -
Next, complete the reimbursement submission data as follows.
No. | Column/Button Name | Explanation |
1 | Reimbursement policy | Select the type name reimbursement. |
2 | Transaction date | Select the transaction date according to the attached evidence. |
3 | Add attachment | Select an attachment as supporting evidence for your reimbursement request. Make sure the attachment follows the criteria listed, such as format PDF, JPG, PNG, JPEG with a maximum size of 10 MB. |
4 | Uploaded attachment | Files that have been successfully attached are displayed here. You can delete them by clicking the “-” icon. |
5 | Description | Fill in the explanatory information regarding your reimbursement application. |
6 | Add item |
Add details of the benefit you are requesting for reimbursement. Then, the following pop-up will appear. In the following case example, the applicant's Spouse paid the Internet bill with a total request (Request amount) of Rp 599,000 and has been paid (Paid amount) of Rp 599,000. - First, you can choose the type of Benefit. |

Then the following section appears, which displays the benefits that you can choose according to your company's policy. You can click the “pencil” icon to change the benefit information. To add another benefit type in one application, click “Add item”. If the data has been filled in correctly, click “Submit” to submit a reimbursement.

The following pop-up appears indicating that your application has been successfully submitted. Click “View details” to see the application details.
- Then, you can see the details of the reimbursement application as follows. You can wait until the reimbursement approval process is complete.
