If your company has a policy that allows request reimbursement on behalf of an employee's family member, then you can take advantage of the Reimbursement Beneficiary feature.
Important
You can activate this feature by completing the Personal data and activating the feature on the Family tab, which you can learn about here.
Next, you can follow these steps to request reimbursement on behalf of a family member.
- Go to Finance menu. Click Benefit reimbursement, then All requests. Then, click “Request reimbursement”.
- Next, complete the reimbursement application data as follows.

2 | Reimbursement name | Select the name of the reimbursement type. |
3 | Employee name | Select the name of the reimbursement applicant (Select your name if you are the one submitting). |
4 | Choose file | Select an attachment as supporting evidence for the reimbursement application. Make sure the attachment follows the criteria listed, such as format PDF, JPG, PNG, JPEG with a maximum size of 10 MB. |
5 | Uploaded attachment | Files that have been successfully attached are displayed here. You can download them by clicking the “download” icon, or delete them by clicking the “-” icon. |
6 | Description | Fill in the explanatory information regarding your reimbursement application. |
- Then, click “Add benefit”. Then a sidebar will appear as follows, which displays the benefits that you can choose according to your company's policy. Select the benefit that you will submit the reimbursement for, for example, "Internet". Next, click “Save”.
- In the list of benefits you have selected, click the column “Beneficiary,” then click on whose behalf the reimbursement is being submitted. In the following case example, the applicant's Spouse paid the Internet bill with a total request (Request amount) of Rp 599,000 and has been paid (Paid amount) of Rp 599,000.
- Click “Submit” to submit.
- Therefore, the reimbursement has been successfully submitted, and you can wait until the reimbursement approval process is complete.
