At times, a company implements a policy that allows requests for reimbursement on behalf of family members of employees in certain categories. To meet these needs, Mekari Talenta provides the Reimbursement Beneficiary feature. To activate this feature, you need to set personal information regarding the family.
Here are the steps.
- Go to Employee profile. Then, you can click General, then click Personal.

On the Family tab, make sure the names of your family are listed as in the following example. If the data is complete and correct, then click the icon “pencil”.
- You can click “Add new” to add family members.
- Click the “Trash can” icon to delete family members. - Then, the pop-up Edit Family info will appear. You can make sure your family member's data is correct and complete. After that, click “Allow reimbursement claims for this family member” to activate the reimbursement beneficiary feature, which allows request reimbursement on behalf of your family member. Then, click “Save changes”.
- Therefore, the changes were successfully made. You can check whether your family member is eligible to apply for reimbursement in the column Eligible reimbursement, marked with the statement "Yes".
