How to Assign Reviewers from Other Companies in One Company Group

Mekari Talenta provides a feature that allows employees between companies in the same company group to be appointed to provide reviews. For example, in this case, employees from the parent company (Mystic Yeni) are appointed as reviewers of employees from the subsidiary (PT Bersama Kita Teguh Baru) during the Performance Appraisal.

Important
- Make sure the company has been grouped on the multi-company page. Learn how here.
- This action can only be performed by the Super Admin of Performance Management.

Here are the steps.

  1. Go to the Review menu, then click Review cycles. Then, you can click “Actions” then click View detail.
  2. Then, you will be directed to the following page. Click “Actions” then Details.
  3. Select the tab of the review type you want to assign, for example “360 Review”. Then, click “Assign reviewer(s)”.

    If there are already reviewers and you want to add them, you can click “Actions”, then Edit reviewer.

  4. Next, click “Filter”.
  5. Click the option on Company, then select the company name of the employee you want to assign as a reviewer. Next, click “Apply filter”.
  6. Then, the names of the employees in the company appear. Select the name of the employee you want to assign as a reviewer, then click “Submit”.
  7. Therefore, the reviewer has been successfully assigned.
  8. Here is a view of the reviewer who has been assigned from another company in the same group on the Review - Pending actions page. A yellow notification indicates that you have been selected to be a reviewer. Click Company filter, then select the company with red dot.
  9. Then, the reviews assigned to you will appear in the list. Then, click “View task”.
  10. You can start the review by clicking “Start review”.
