How to Use Goal Hierarchy to Monitor and Manage Goals

The Goal Hierarchy feature on Mekari Talenta Performance Review can help you visualize the goals you have created. The hierarchy is arranged based on the order of the goal type levels that have been aligned previously, therefore you can manage and monitor goal achievement more easily.

Follow these steps to utilize the goal hierarchy feature.

  1. Login to Talenta Performance Review Account You are using a Super admin account.
  2. Go to the Goals menu, then click “Goal hierarchy”.

    You can also open the Goal hierarchy page through the list page of the Company, Organization, Team, or Individual goals by clicking “Goal hierarchy”

  3. Then, you can generate a goal hierarchy chart by selecting the goal period by clicking “Select period”, then check the Time Range checkbox available.
  4. Then, the Goal hierarchy display will change according to the period you have selected. Here, you can see a list of goals arranged in order of the level of goal types that have been aligned from largest to smallest group (Company, Organization, Team, then Individual) as follows.

    You can read the example of the Goal hierarchy above as follows: In a company called PT Bersama Kita Teguh Baru, there are 2 (two) Company Goals, namely Pembuatan Struktur Organisasi and Q1 Sales Target [Demo 20 Feb]. Company goal Pembuatan Struktur Organisasi is the parent goal of the Organization Goal entitled Pembuatan Struktur Organisasi AE.

  5. You can use the Search bar to search for goal owners by typing the keywords in the column provided.
  6. In addition, you can also use the Goal hierarchy display size change button in the highlighted section below.
  7. You can also click “View detail” on one of the goals that you want to see the details of. In addition, you can also hide child goals by clicking the “up arrow” icon.
