Based on Government Regulation Number 7 of 2025, labor-intensive industries receive JKK incentives of 50% of the total JKK contributions. And this JKK contribution adjustment applies to JKK contributions from February 2025 to JKK contributions from July 2025.
These industries include:
- Food, beverage and tobacco industry
- Textile and apparel industry
- Leather and leather goods industry
- Footwear industry
- Children's toy industry
- Furniture industry
Here are the steps to activate this feature in Talenta.

On the Dashboard menu, click the "Profile" icon at the top right. Then, click "Company Settings".
- Click “Payroll Component” on the Payroll tab .
- Then click “BPJS Employment” in the Benefits column.
- Scroll to the bottom and check “JKK Incentive” to apply the incentive and click “Confirm”.
- This setting will apply to all employees in your company who receive BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
- This JKK incentive will be applied automatically to the payroll run for the period February to July 2025 whose settings have been saved.
