Now, you can integrate New Talenta Recruitment with Mekari Sign. With this integration, you can use a digital document signature system that does not require sending documents that need to be signed manually or face-to-face. Thus, the candidate offering process becomes easier. Check out the complete steps below.
- Sign in to your Talenta account or go to Talenta Recruitment.
- Then on the main page on the left of the section Applications, select the following “Recruitment” menu.
- Select the Settings.
- Then click the “Integrations”.
- To start the integration, click the “down arrow” icon next to Mekari Sign, then click “Connect to Mekari Sign”.
- Then, you will be directed to the following page. Click “Integrate now”.
Important
Make sure you have subscribed to Mekari Sign. You can consult first with our support team about this integration by clicking “Contact us”. - If you have subscribed to Mekari Sign, you will be directed directly to the following page. Click “Allow” to continue the integration process.
- Next, you will be redirected to the following page. You can see the status “Enabled” and change the integration status to “Disabled” by clicking toggle button.
Important
With this integration between New Talenta Recruitment and Mekari Sign, you can directly send Offering letters to candidates you want to recruit using documents from Mekari Sign. Learn how to send an Offering letter here. - In addition, you can disconnect the integration by clicking “Revoke access”.
- In the pop-up that appears, click “Revoke access” to continue disconnecting the integration.
