How to Manage New Talenta Recruitment Subscription

The New Talenta Recruitment Subscription page provides you with visibility to monitor feature usage and access restrictions. Therefore, you can manage your usage of this feature.

Important
There are 3 types of subscription packages on Talenta New Recruitment, namely Freemium (Free for Talenta Essential and Plus Package users), Pro Hire, and Ultimate Hire.

You can adjust the purchase of the package according to your company's needs. For a complete price list, contact support-hr@mekari.com.

Here are the steps to manage your Subscriptions.

  1. Go to https://recruitment-new.talenta.co/ and log in to your account.
  2. Go to the Settings menu then click Subscription.
  3. Then, you will be redirected to the following page. You can see complete information about your subscription here, such as package name, next billing date (package expiration date), published job quota, reviewed candidates quota, and admin quota.

    On the Pro Hire and Ultimate Hire packages, you can see the expiration date as follows.

    Also as follows if your package is about to run out.

  4. If necessary, you can upgrade your package by clicking "Upgrade your plan" or "Upgrade to Ultimate Hire".
  5. You can choose the appropriate package and click “Request a quote”.
  6. Then, you can wait for our Support team to contact you.
