As an approver, you can see a list of task requests submitted by employees on Talenta Mobile. In addition, you can also directly approve the request.
Here are the steps:

Select the Inbox menu. Then, on the Needs My Approval tab, select Tasks.

On the Task request page that requires your approval, take advantage of the following features to make searching easier.

1 | Select request | Click to check multiple requests to be able to perform mass approve/reject actions. |

3 | Search bar | Enter certain keywords to search for the request. |

Here is a list of task requests from employees. Click on one of the request messages that still has the status “Awaiting approval”.
Meaning of attendance submission status:
- Awaiting approval: Request has not been approved.
- Approved: Request has been fully approved.
- Rejected: Request has been rejected. -
On this page, you can see detailed information about the submitted task, such as Task ID, Task name, Description, Due date, Progress (if enabled), Project, Time tracked, Total fee (if enabled), Attachment, Expected payment date (optional) and Notes column (optional). Then, you can click “Approve” to accept or “Reject” to reject the request.
- Then, the application status will change to Approved.
