Talenta Performance Management has a 9 box matrix feature that you can customize. This 9 box matrix has a default 3x3 grid that you can change to 4x4 or 5x5. You can configure this 9 box grid template through the Settings menu.

1. Go to review.talenta.co.
2. In the "Settings" menu, click 9 Box configurations.
   
3. Select the Number of grid you want for your 9 box matrix. Then, click “Save”.
