Insight Team's Attendance dashboard serves to improve team performance and engagement. This Mekari Talenta feature can be used by Super Admin, Admin, Employees, and Finance to monitor team productivity, attendance, leave, and overtime . Thus, it can help data-based decision-making for better team management and performance improvement.
Important
To get more complete Insight data, employee Attendance data must be active.
Here is an explanation of the Team's attendance Insight page.
- On the Talenta home page, click “Insight” or go to https://insights.talenta.co/ .
- On the Time Management menu, click “Team's Attendance” .

There are some main filters that you should apply to customize the data displayed on the dashboard. To apply them click “Apply filter.

- This filter will affect all charts and tables in the dashboard, but will not affect the main metrics.
- You can also see Last updated or the last time the data sync was performed (not real time). The sync time is done automatically by the system every day 4 times a day, at 14:00, 18:00, 20:00, and 05:00.
The following is an explanation for each piece of information presented on this page.
A. Metrics Summary
Located below the filters, there is a summary of attendance based on the filters you have selected.
The summary information provided is:
- Perfect attendance: Shows the total number of employees with perfect attendance. You can click the Perfect attendance number to see the name, and information about employees with perfect attendance and to "Download" the information as shown in the following image.
- Team attendance rate: Shows the percentage value of team attendance. The intended attendance is the clock-in or clock-out and the scheduled clock-in and out times, without break time, divided by the total clock-in and out times according to the work schedule.
- Team absenteeism rate: Shows the percentage value of team absence. The intended absence is no clock in and clock out at the scheduled time.
- Team time off rate:Shows the percentage value of team leave. The intended leave percentage represents the proportion of break time taken by employees, where the break time is identified by the policy ID.
B. Present Trend
The present trend shows on-time, late-in, and early-out attendance. This data reflects the attendance pattern of employees who come to work. With this feature, you can monitor punctuality and absence so you can see attendance trends identify frequent late absences and so on. You can hover over the line graph to bring up detailed information.

The present metrics view displays the categories M ost late in, Most early out, On time, Late in and Early out. In each metric category, click to display a pop-up of the employee's name and information as shown in the following image. |

C. Not Present Trend
Not present is the presence of absent, no clock in, no clock out and invalid. This data will affect the company's productivity and is not presented in real time (there is a data sync schedule) namely at (WIB): 10 AM, 14 PM, 18 PM, 01 AM Sun-Sat (duration +4 hours for each dashboard). Data sync will take 4 hours. With this metric, you can see attendance trends and identify frequent lateness, absences, and so on. You can hover over the line graph to display detailed information.

D. Away Trend
Display employee attendance trends by showing how much time off and days off your team is taking. With this dashboard, you can monitor how often employees are away during their scheduled shifts.
