How to Manage Document Templates That Have Been Integrated with Mekari Sign

If you have integrated Mekari Talenta and Mekari Sign, then you can perform several actions on documents between the two applications. You can perform actions such as sending documents with an electronic signature or signing the document. The document can then be exported to all employees.

Here are the steps to send a document for signing and view its history.

  1. Go to the Company menu, then select Document Template.
  2. Click “Export History”.
  3. Filter the list you by utilizing the time filter or template type here. Then, you can see the status of Mekari Sign integration in the Mekari Sign status column. You can perform several actions on the template based on the status by clicking “Actions”.

    Mekari Sign status description:
    - No document sent: The document has not been sent.
    - Waiting for others: Still in the process of document integration.
    - Declined: The document was rejected for integration.
    - Completed: The document has been integrated.

  4. If the document has not been sent and integrated and has the status No document sent, you can click “Actions” then Send document.
  5. Select Document compliance PSrE if the document is a local document, which in Mekari Sign has obtained a digital certificate of legitimacy from KOMINFO. Or, select Global sign if the document is an international document which in Mekari Sign has obtained a global certificate legitimacy. Then, click "Next".
  6. In the next step, you can add signatories.

Important
Make sure the signature quota is sufficient. If your quota runs out, you can increase your Mekari Sign quota by studying the guide here.

2 Select employee
Click to select the employees who need to sign this document, or need to receive a copy of the document.
3 Purpose
Select the purpose of sending the document to the employee; Needs to sign if the employee needs to sign this document, or Receive a copy if the employee needs to receive a copy of the document
4 Delete employee Click to delete an employee from the list.
5 Add another signer Click to add employees to the list.
6 Add me as signer Click to add yourself as an employee in the list.
  1. Stay on this page until the system finishes preparing the document.
  2. Check the document before sending it by clicking “Send document” .

    You can sign first if you are one of the signers.

  3. Click “Send document” on the pop-up to continue sending the document.
  4. On documents that have been sent with the status Waiting for others, Declined, or Completed on the Export history page, you can click “Actions” and View details to see the document signing history.
  5. Then, you can see the complete details of the document. Here is an example of the details of a document with the status Completed.
