How to Integrate Talenta Task & Payroll

The Payroll Group feature on Task can make it easier for you to manage payroll based on task completion. To integrate it with payroll, you need to set the payroll component first in the Setting menu.

Here are the steps to integrate tasks and payroll through the Mekari Talenta payroll component.

  1. Go to the Settings menu, select Payroll, then select Payroll component.
  2. Click “Add allowance”.
  3. Fill in the Allowance name, Amount, Currency, and Payroll payment schedule in the available columns. Then, click “Formula”.

    Check "Default" when creating a payroll component, indicating that the component applies to all employees. However, the system will only calculate this component for employees assigned to that pay schedule and payroll group.

  4. Then, you will be directed to the Formula pop-up page. You can click “Add parent” to add a formula.

    Formula: Task_PayrollGroupName_calculated
    Example: If "PayrollGroupName" is "Sales Incentive," then the formula is: Task_Sales Incentive_calculated
    This formula indicates that the "PayrollGroupName" variable is used to dynamically create an identifier for a task.

  5. Click “Save” then “Confirm”.
