With the Super Admin, Admin, or role with view, edit, and run payroll or payroll information access, you can manage tasks and payroll groups on the Task page in Talenta. This feature can make it easier for you to manage payroll based on task completion. To access the page, you can go to the Company Menu, then click "Task". Or, select the Tasks tab here.
A. Task List for Payroll Table

Go to the Group for Payroll page, then click the Task list tab. On this page, you can monitor the list of tasks that have been approved and set to be included in the payroll calculation.

You can use filters based on categories and months. In addition, you can search for data on the list by utilizing the search on the Search bar.

You can export data in bulk by clicking the “export” icon.

You can click “Assign to group” to place employees who do not have a payroll group.
You can also assign employees in bulk to new groups or existing payroll groups by checking the checkboxes of the task names, then clicking “Assign to group”.

Then, the Assign to group display appears.

You can provide a new group name if you select New group. However, if you choose Existing group, then you can choose one of the names in the dropdown. |

- Click “Save” to save changes.
B. Group List Payroll Table
Important
- You cannot click Edit or Delete to view details on a Payroll Group that has already run in payroll or pay period.
- You can click Edit or Delete to view details on a Payroll Group that has not run in payroll, users can save or make changes.
- You can Edit or Delete at any time. However, this affects your payroll, if there has been a previous payroll run in that month, it is expected to be able to rerun the payroll.
- All activities are logged in the Talenta activity log.

Go to the Group for Payroll page, then click the Group list tab. This page displays a list of Task Group names for Payroll that were previously created. You can take action on the group name by clicking “Actions” .
You can type certain keywords in the Search bar column to search for data in the group list.

You can select View details to see the group details, Edit to change the group details, and Delete to delete it.

If you select Edit, the following page appears. You can change group details.

Then, a confirmation pop-up appears and click “Continue” to proceed with the action.
