In Talenta Performance Reports, you can upload employee 9 Box Matrix assessment data in bulk through Talenta. This way, you can manage your time more effectively.
Here are the steps.
Open your Talenta Performance Account.
Click the Reports menu, then click “9 Box Matrix”.
You will be directed to the following page. Select Select potential cycle or Select performance cycle to upload potential cycle or performance cycle data in bulk.
To import potential cycle or performance cycle in bulk, click “Import from other document”.

In the pop-up, choose the spreadsheet template you want to download.
- Blank template: Click to select a blank template.
- Selected employee: Click to select a template for specific employees.
a.) You have 2 options. First, click “Select employee”; the template will automatically fill in the columns with the names and IDs of specific employees. If you choose this, you can select employee names in the sidebar Select employee, then click “Submit.”
Then, click “Generate template.”
b.) The second option is that if you check “Select all employees”, the system will automatically fill the columns with the names and IDs of all employees in the template. Then, click “Generate template.”

Then, click “Download file” to download the blank template.
This is the view of the Blank template. Fill in the empty columns.

This is the view of the Selected employee template. Fill in the empty columns.
Specifically for the Category column, you can fill in as follows:
1: For low category
2: For mid category
3: For high category

Make sure the data you entered is correct, then you can upload the completed file here by drag and drop or click Browse.
Make sure the file is in XLS or XLSX format with a maximum size of 10 MB.
Once the file is uploaded, click “Import.”
