In Talenta Performance Reports, you can upload employee 9 Box Matrix assessment results in bulk through Mekari Talenta. That way, you can manage your time more effectively.

Here are the steps.

1. Go to Your Performance Talenta Account.
2. Click the Reports menu then click “9 Box Matrix”.
3. Then, you will be directed to the following page. Click Select potential cycle or Select performance cycle to upload potential cycle or performance cycle data in bulk.
   
4. To import potential cycle or performance cycle in bulk, click “Import from other document”.
   
5. In the pop-up that appears, select the spreadsheet template you want to import. download.
   
   

   - Blank template: Click to select a blank template.
   - Selected employee: Click to select a template for a specific employee.
   a.) You have 2 options. The first option, if you click “Select employee”, then the template will automatically fill in the column of the name and ID of a specific employee. If you choose this, then you can select the names of employees in the pop-up Add member, then click “Submit”.
   
   Then, click “Generate template”.
   
   b.) The second option, if you check “Select all employees” then the system automatically fills the column data name and ID of all employees into the template. Then, click “Generate template”.
   

6. Then, click “Download file” to download the blank template.
   
   1. Here is the Blank template display. Fill in the blank columns.
      
   2. Here is the display of the Selected employee template. Complete the empty columns.
      
      

      Specifically for the Category column, you can fill in as follows:
      1: For low category
      2: For mid category
      3: For high category

7. Make sure the data you entered is correct, then you can upload the file that has been filled in here by drag and drop or click Browse.
   
   

   Make sure the file is in XLS and XLSX format with a maximum size of 10 MB.

8. If the file has been uploaded, click “Import”.
