How to Manage Interview Schedules on New Talenta Recruitment

If the candidate has successfully passed the Assessment procedure, the next step is to hold a job interview. In this casr, you, as Super Admin, will continue the recruitment process or go on to the interview stage. Previously, you had to book an interview first before arranging an interview schedule for prospects. Here are the steps.

  1. Click the "Assessment" tab then select one of the candidate names.
  2. Then click "Move stage" and select "HR Interview" in the Interview section.
  3. Then click "Schedule interview" to schedule a job interview.
    - If you want the candidate to have a job interview on-site, then you can fill in the address and details of the office space in the Office column.4.png

    - If you want candidates to have an online job interview, you can enter the URL link in the Assessment link column.5.png

  4. Next, fill in the date and time of the interview in the following column.
  5. Then you can tick the following toggle to send the Invitation via email.
  6. After that, you can fill in notes if necessary to convey to the candidate. This note will appear in the Invitation email to candidates.
  7. Next, determine the Interviewer who will interview the candidate by clicking "Select interviewer". In this case, you can also add more than one assessor by clicking "Add assessor".
  8. If all the data has been filled in, you can click "Preview email" to preview the interview invitation email for the candidate.
  9. Then an email preview display will appear as follows. Make sure all the contents are correct, then click "Send".
  10. After that, click “Save”.

    You can cancel or edit the interview schedule that has been successfully uploaded again.
