Talenta provides a supporting application, namely New Talenta Recruitment, to support the recruitment function in a company. The application allows you to set the company's recruitment path and then select candidates until you reach the offering process for prospective employees.

All features in Talenta Recruitment are categorized into the following menus:

1. Home This is the home page of Talent Recruitment. This page displays various important information that recruiters generally need to monitor regularly.
2. Job Listings This is a menu used to create a recruitment flow and a list of jobs that have been created.
3. Candidate This is a menu used to manage the candidate recruitment process until it reaches the offering process to prospective employees.
5. Settings This is a menu that is used to make various settings that will be used to determine Users who play a role in the employee recruitment process and monitor the Hiring stages process.

Follow these steps to access the New Talent Recruitment feature:

  1. Log in to your Talenta account.
  2. Then, on the left side of the main page, under the Applications area, select the "Recruitment New" menu.
  3. Then you will be taken directly to the New Talent Recruitment page.
