Through Talenta Performance Management, you can create goals with several types, such as Individual, Team, Organization, and Company. Goals within a company can be interconnected, where every development of Goal A (child goal) will affect the development of Goal B (parent goal). Therefore, Talenta provides the Align goal feature to connect a child goal with a parent goal.

Important
In addition to using the desktop version, you can create alignment between goals with the Align parent goal feature through the Talenta Mobile App on your smartphone. Learn how here.

The following are the steps to align goals.

  1. Log in to your Talenta Performance Review account.

  2. Select Goals, then select the goal type you want to create: Individual, Team, Organization, or Company.

Alternatively, click the “Actions” icon, then click View detail.
If you click View detail, you will see the following screen. Then, click “Align parent goal.”

  4. A pop-up like the following will appear. Click the Align goal field, then select one of the goals that you want to align with the goal you selected. Alternatively, type the goal name in the Align goal field to search for the goal name directly. You can also align with a KR from the parent goal (if available) by selecting the KR name at this stage.

  5. If everything is correct, click “Submit.”
