The Talenta Insights Employee Turnover page provides insights into employee turnover at a company, both voluntary and for other reasons. Comprehensive turnover insights are derived from system analysis and presented in the form of charts, summary conclusions, and a turnover list. With this data, your company can make decisions or take action to reduce the number of employees leaving the company. The following is an explanation of the data presented on this page:

  • Total Employee Resign (Stat Card - Clickable): The total number of employees who resigned during the selected period. Click to view and download the complete list.
  • Turnover Rate (Stat Card - %): The ratio of resignations to the total number of employees. The calculation formula is:
    Turnover rate =                         Total Resign                           x 10
Average Active Employees During the Period
  • Voluntary Rate (Stat Card - %): The percentage of resignations made voluntarily (for example: personal resignation, retirement, or refusal to accept restructuring).
  • Involuntary Rate (Stat Card - %): The percentage of resignations initiated by the company or resulting from an expired contract (for example: failing probation, expiration of a PKWT contract, policy violations, or unit closure).
  • Resign to Active Ratio (Stat Card - Ratio): A direct comparison between the number of employees who resigned and employees who are still active.
  • Turnover Trend (Line Chart): A monthly trend chart showing total turnover, voluntary resignations (voluntary), and involuntary resignations (involuntary).
  • Risk Assessment (Combo Chart: Line + Bar): A 12-month forecast that combines the predicted risk rate, forecast percentage, and actual turnover to help anticipate resignation rates earlier.
  • Turnover Breakdown (Bar Chart): Turnover analysis based on specific dimensions (Branch, Organization) for a single period/date range, with an option to compare it with the previous period.
  • Resign Reason (Bar Chart): A visualization of the number of employees who resigned, grouped by their reasons for resignation.
  • Resigned Employees (Data Table): A searchable and exportable detailed table of employees who have resigned.
