In the Talenta Performance Review Cycle, there is a feature called display team review result for manager. You can configure this setting when creating a new Performance Review Cycle. With this setting, managers can view the team review results from the subordinate's form or pending action.
Here are the steps:
- Log in to review.talenta.co.
- In the Reviews menu, select Review Cycle.
- Click “Create New Cycle.”
In the Create your cycle pop-up, select Performance review. Enter the name of the cycle you want to create. Make sure the cycle name is complete and detailed as shown in the image below. Then, click “Create.”

Enable the Review methods Manager review and Team review to activate the display team review result for manager feature. After Manage Manager review, click Manage Team review.

You can then check the checkbox Display Team review result for manager after setting the General review method on Team review.

Return to the Home page after finishing creating the new performance review. Then, click “View all tasks” on pending actions.
- Click “View task” on the performance review list on the Active Pending action page.
- Click “Actions” then View team review result.
- On this page, as a manager, you can click Show review result/Hide review result to display the team review result as shown below.
This is the display of the performance review cycle with the Display Team Review Result for Manager feature enabled.
