How to Set Employee Onboarding

If you are a Super Admin and you forgot or have not yet performed Onboarding when an employee has already received Talenta access, you can perform the Set Onboarding action. With this action, new employees who have received access to Talenta will be able to start the Onboarding process.

Important
The Set onboard feature only appears when the employee's join date is later than the deployment date.

Here are the steps to perform Set Onboarding in Talenta.

A. Individual Set Onboarding

  1. Go to the Employees menu then select Onboarding.
  2. You will be directed to the Onboarding page. This page stores all records of new employees who have been invited to Talenta and Onboarding history. Find the name of the employee you want to onboard by setting the filter to "Employee not set" then click “Set onboard”.

  3. A pop-up will appear, and click “Set.”

  4. A green notification will appear if the Set Onboarding action has been successfully performed.

B. Bulk Set Onboarding

In addition to performing Set Onboarding individually, you can also do it in bulk (bulk). To do so, follow these steps.

  1. Go to the "Employees" menu then select Onboarding.
  2. You will be directed to the Onboarding page. This page stores all records of new employees who have been invited to Talenta and Onboarding history. Check the names of the employees you want to onboard, then click “Set onboard”.

  3. A pop-up will appear, and click “Set".

  4. A green notification will appear if the Set Onboarding action has been successfully performed.
