Mekari Talenta's Referral Program

You can take advantage of the Referral program provided by Mekari Talenta to gain benefits for you and your colleagues.

You only need to share your referral link to get benefits in the form of commissions or discounts on Mekari Talenta subscriptions after your colleagues have successfully subscribed for at least 3 months.

A. How to Register for the Referral Program

To earn commissions from the Mekari Referral program, you must first create an account. Here's how to register for the Mekari Referral program:

  1. Click here to access the Mekari Talenta Referral program registration page.

  2. After that, enter your email and select the Mekari Talenta product.

  3. Complete the information in the form of Full Name, Telephone Number, Company Name, Employee Size Category, Position, and Domicile.

  4. Complete the information in the form of Identity Card Type, Identity Number, and upload physical proof of your identity (maximum file size 1 MB). If you are an individual, use your KTP as your ID, and if you are a company, select your Company Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP Badan).

  5. Also, complete detailed information in the form of Name on Account , Account Number, Bank Name, and Bank Branch (account data must match your identity data).

  6. If you are a Mekari product user, check the box next to the Mekari product you are currently using. If you are not, please skip this option.

  7. If you have used software similar to Mekari products, you can mention the name of the software and tell us how you heard about the Mekari Referral Program.

  8. Click “Submit”.

    You can click "Back" if you want to change your information on the previous page, and click "Submit" if your information is correct. By clicking "Submit," you agree to the applicable policies.

  9. After that, the registration process is complete, and you will receive an email with the subject 'Welcome to the Mekari Referral Program!'

    Follow the steps in the email and log in using your email address and the temporary password provided (if this is your first time signing in). You will then be taken to the Mekari Referral dashboard.

B. How to Use the Mekari Partner Platform

The Mekari Partner Platform is a system designed to help manage lead data submitted by Referral Agents. Through this platform, Agents can easily input, monitor the status, and view the progress of each lead they provide.

This platform provides transparency and efficiency in the distribution of potential clients (Leads) between Referral Agents and Mekari's internal team, ensuring every sales opportunity is optimized. With an intuitive interface and real-time tracking features, the Mekari Partner Platform helps improve collaboration, data accuracy, and productivity across the partner network.

After successfully registering as a Referral Agent, you will be directed to sign in to the Mekari Partner Platform via email. To sign in to the Mekari Partner Platform, follow these steps :

  1. Find an email with the subject line "Welcome to the Mekari Referral Program!" in the email address you registered.

  2. Sign in via partners.mekari.com

  3. Enter your email & password (use the temporary password in your email if you are logging in for the first time).

  4. Then click “Sign In”.

On the Mekari Partner Platform, there are 4 menus, including:

1. Dashboard Menu

The Dashboard is the main page on the Mekari Partner Platform that contains information and buttons that make it easier for you to access more details regarding the features available on the Mekari Partner Platform.

2. Program Menu

The Program  menu on the Mekari Partner Platform contains the development of referral program data for each Mekari product that you use. To access it, click Programs located in the menu on the left. Apart from that, you can also see details of the Referral program for each Mekari product via the View details menu on the Program page.

3. Commission Menu

The Commission menu on the Mekari Partner Platform contains monitoring of the transaction process you carry out in each Referral program.

Important:
Currently, the Commission feature is only integrated for the Referral program on Mekari Jurnal. You can contact our team first to monitor your commission status.

- In Tax Review: The Commission is in the process of tax audit.
- Awaiting Granted:  The Commission is waiting to be granted.
- Tax Rejected: The tax is rejected.
- Commission Rejected: The granting of the commission failed.
- Commission Granted: The commission is granted.
- In Disbursement: The commission is being disbursed.
- Paid: The commission has been paid.
- Failed: The commission failed to be paid.
- No Status: There is no status.

4. Profile Menu

The Profile menu contains information such as personal data, payment information, and password changes for your account. Here's a quick look at the Profile menu on the Mekari Partner Platform.

5. Change Password Menu

You can change the password on your Mekari Partner Platform account via the Profile menu.

Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the Profile menu.

  2. Click Change password.

  3. Then, 'Change password' pop-up will appear, consisting of your current password, new password, and new password confirmation fields that you can fill in.

    Important
    Password creation must meet the following requirements:
    - Minimum total of 8 characters
    - Maximum 70 characters.
    - Minimum 1 uppercase letter.
    - Minimum 1 lowercase letter.
    - Minimum 1 number letter.
    - Minimum 1 special character letter (such as: !_@, etc.).

  4. Then, click Save changes to save the password changes.

    If you forget your password and cannot log in to the Mekari Partner Platform, you can directly contact our team via WhatsApp and request a password reset.

C. How to Register Your Referral Leads

After registering on the Mekari Partner Platform (MPP), the next step in your referral journey is to register your Leads. Leads can also be defined as potential clients/prospects interested in using Mekari products.

This process allows you to connect potential clients with Mekari solutions that suit their needs, and also opens up the opportunity for you to earn commissions on every successfully converted Lead.

Besides speeding up the process for the Mekari team, registering Leads also helps ensure official recording in the system, therefore you don't miss out on potential commissions from each of your successful referrals.

There are 2 ways to register your Leads:

  • Through your referral link

  • Through the Add New Leads feature on the Mekari Partner Platform

1. By using your Referral link

  1. Sign In to partners.mekari.com/sign-in

  2. Click the Program menu, then click “View Details” on the program you are participating in.

  3. Your Referral link is located to the right of the Referral link field.  

    You can click the copy icon and paste/apply it to your browser.

  4. Complete the PIC data and Company data on the Leads form.

  5. The Mekari team will contact your PIC Leads after the Leads data is submitted.

2. Using the New Lead feature on the Mekari Partner Platform (MPP)

  1. Sign In to partners.mekari.com/sign-in

  2. At the top right, click "Add new lead".

  3. Complete the company data you wish to reference in the form.

  4. Click “Submit” if the data is correct, and then the Mekari Team will automatically process your Leads.
