After you add employees, you can assign schedules to the employees you just added. You can add it to the Scheduler submenu.
On the Calendar view Scheduler page, you can apply more than 1 shift or more (multiple) per day for each employee. Apart from that, you can switch shifts or exchange schedules with other employees. Here are the steps.

- Click the “Time Management” menu and select Scheduler.
You need to set role access for access to the scheduler page first. Learn how here.
- Click the “Schedule” tab, then click “Assign Shift”.
- Click "Select employees".
- Then, the following slider appears, you can select the employee you want to set the shift schedule here.

- You can choose more than 1 (one) employee name.
- If you click on an employee's name, the employee's name will move to the Employees selected list on the right.5 Clear selection Delete all selected employee names. 6 Search bar selected employees You can search for specific employee names that have been selected. 7 Cancel/Submit Button for Cancel action or Submit the selected employee name. - Click "Select shift", then click "Working shift". Check the shift name that you previously created in the Attendance Settings menu.
- Avoid selecting overlapping shifts.
- You can click "Dayoff" to determine the Day Off shift for selected employees. - You can select maximum 5 shifts by clicking on “Checkbox”.
If your company uses multiple shifts, then you can choose up to 5 shifts a day. However, if the company does not activate the multiple shift feature, then for 1 day you can only choose 1 shift.
- Click "Start date" of the shift in the Start Date column.
- Mark Repeat shift if you want the shift pattern you have created to repeat automatically. When you activate it, you can choose to repeat the shift with an end date or without an end date.
- By using the Repeat shift option, the currently running schedule pattern will stop and automatically use the pattern that was created when the effective date was set.
- If you click "Never", the shift pattern will continue to repeat until you assign a shift or create a new schedule.
- If you click "Select date", the shift pattern will continue to repeat until the date you specified arrives. - Click "Save" if the Assign shift is correct.
- Then the shift you make will be like the following.
- As a Super Admin, you can set the color for each schedule attached to the Scheduler index page by following these steps:
1. Click the "Profile icon" on the right side of the Dashboard page and select Account settings.
2. Then on the Time management tab, click "Attendance".
3. Next, on the Shift page, select one of the employee names and click “View details”.
4. After that, click "Edit shift" to edit employee schedule details.
5. Then click the "Shift color dropdown" and determine the color that will be displayed for the employee's schedule.
- If the user assigns a shift to a date that already has Attendance, Time off, or Overtime data, the shift will not change and will continue to use the old shift. - Or you can also assign or remove shifts in bulk by checking the checkbox next to the employee's name then clicking "Bulk Action", and following the same steps in point no. 5-10.
- If you delete using bulk remove, then the deleted data shift will follow the selected date range.
- After that, a notification will appear stating that your schedule has been successfully changed.
- After you click "Close" on the notification above, a loading screen will appear as follows.
- You can also edit shifts that have been created by hovering over the shift date and clicking the “Edit” icon.
- Then select Shift and click “Edit shift” to change shifts.
- Mark the Switch shift toggle if you want to swap schedules on a single shift basis. Then select the employee whose schedule you want to exchange.
- The schedule that appears in the Shift column only applies to the employee's shift on that date.
- The following information will appear to ensure that the edited schedule is correct. Edited schedules cannot be modified anymore. Click "Save" to proceed.
- Multi shift cannot be exchanged for Day off.
- Click "Delete shift" if you want to delete the shift. If there has been a change in attendance data on that date for the selected employee, the shift cannot be deleted. - Apart from that, you can also add shifts (Add shift) by clicking the “Plus” icon that appears when you hover over one of the shifts.
- Select the Shift you want to add and click “Add a shift”.
- Then the shift was successfully added.
