In the Manpower Planning feature in Talenta, there are three roles that can access this feature, namely Superadmin, Admin (can access all menus), and certain Employees who are given access (can only access the Requisition menu). However, you must first set up access for these three roles, therefore the employees can view and submit Headcount and Replacement requests. Here are the steps.
A. Access Role Superadmin dan Admin
- Click the profile picture in the upper right corner, then select Company Settings.
- On the Users tab, select Access Role.
- Click “New” to create a new access role.
- Enter the role name in the Role Name column.
- Then select Superadmin or Admin in the Role section.
- In the Role Type and select Default.
- Check the View, Edit, and Request columns, therefore the Super Admin role can view, edit and submit requests to Manpower Planning.

- Then click “Save”.
B. Access Role Employee
- Click the profile icon in the upper right corner, then select Company Settings.
- On the Users tab, select Access Role.
- Click “New” to create a new access role.
- Enter the name role in the Role Name column.
- Then select Employee in the Role section.
- In the Role Type section, select Custom.
- Check the View and Request columns so that the Employee role can see, and submit requests to Manpower Planning.
- Then click “Save”.
