How to Access Overtime Report

At Talenta, you can apply for overtime through the ESS Account or by submitting it manually to the HRD team. Then, as the Super admin or admin, you will be able to see the results of the overtime calculation based on Talenta. Overtime Report is a report that functions to display reports related to employee overtime.

Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the “Payroll” menu.
  2. Select View Report.

  3. Then, select the period and branch for which you want to view the report.

  4. Select the Overtime Report tab.

  5. Select the report that you want to view.

  6. The following is a display of reports from the Overtime Report and Overtime Payment Report.

    The Overtime Report shows details of employees' overtime, whereas the Overtime Payment Report shows details of overtime and overtime costs paid to employees.

    No. Column Description
    1. Payment Schedule Column to filter overtime information related to the payroll schedule.
    2. Branch The button is used to filter data by branch.
    3. Download Button to download reports in PDF or Excel format.
    4. Search & Showing Column to perform a search related to certain employee overtime information and determine the number of employee lists that you want to display in one table.
    5. Overtime hours Total employee overtime hours.

    No. Column Description
    1. Employee Id Contains the employee identification number.
    2. Full Name Employee's full name.
    3. Date Contains information on employee overtime dates.
    4. Overtime Duration Contains information on the duration of employee overtime.
    5. Overtime Payment Contains information on the duration of employee overtime paid by the company.
    6. Overtime Multiplier Contains information on the multiplier of the employee's hourly wages.
    7. Overtime Rate Contains information on employee hourly wages.
    8. Total Payment Contains information on total employee overtime payments.
