The Performance Management process carried out by companies generally requires a certain amount of time. Therefore, users need reminders to perform activities according to their respective roles. You can manage all reminder settings through the Settings menu, Reminder Settings submenu.
Here are the steps:
Go to review.talenta.co.
In the "Settings" menu, click Reminder.

Specify the required reminder settings.
- Reminder to complete review: Send a reminder to employees to complete the review.
- Added as a reviewer: Send a notification to employees when they are assigned as reviewers.
- Pick co-worker: Send a notification to employees to select a co-worker while the review period is in progress.
- End review period: Send a notification to HR when the review period is about to end.
- Cycle ready to publish: Send a notification to HR when the review cycle is ready to be published.
- Update goal achievement: Send a notification to employees to update their goal progress. -
If you activate Reminder to complete review, Pick co-worker, and End review period, a sidebar will appear. You can fill in the Repeat every field with the number of days (days) and then click “Submit” to save the settings.
- Reminders will stop being sent when the review period has ended.
- Notifications will be sent via email and push notification. In addition, if you activate Update goal achievement, a sidebar will also appear. You can fill in the Repeat every field with the number of days (days). You can specify the target of this reminder, such as the employee's Goal owner or Superior. If the settings are correct, click “Submit” to save the settings.
If you want to change the reminder to complete review, pick co-worker, and end review period rules that have been created, you can click "Edit".
