Calendar is a sub-menu that is used to make it easier for users to schedule and monitor activities held by the company as well as leave from users.

A. How to Add New Events
Follow these steps to add an event:
- Enter the Time Management menu, and select Calendar.
- Click “Add Event”.
- Enter the required information as follows.
No. Column Description 1. Name of Event Displays a customizable calendar with the desired month and year selection. 2. Date The date the event was held. 3 Days The number of days as the duration of the event. 4. Company Holiday If checked, the selected date will be counted as an employee holiday, so you no longer need to choose the duration in hours.. 5. Time The duration of the start and end hours must be filled in if this event is not included as a holiday by the company. 6. Filter by Branch perform filtering per branch, so that events only apply to certain branches. 7. Everyone can view this event When checked, will display events on the calendars of all employees. 8. Only show to selected employee When checked, you can select the names of specific employees who can see the event on their calendars. 9. Note Short notes regarding the event held. 10. Send Mail If checked, this event will be notified to the employee concerned via email. - Click “Save” to save.
- Then, your event has been registered on the All Event tab as follows.

B. How to Delete an Event
Follow these steps to delete events on Talents.
- Enter the Time Management menu, and select Calendar.
- Select the event month you want to delete.
- Select the date of the event in the Calendar.
- Click the name of the event in the Calendar.
- Click "Delete" to delete.
- Click "Yes" to confirm.
- The event has been deleted from the Calendar on Talenta.
C. How to See Employee's Birthday on Talents
Follow these steps to see employees whose birthdays are in a certain month on Talenta:
- Enter the Time Management menu, and select Calendar.
- Select the month of the employee's birthday that you want to view.
- You can see which employees at the company are having birthdays on the All Events tab.
- In addition, you can see a more detailed list of employees who are having birthdays by clicking the Birthday tab.
