The goals report monitors all goal activities, both those that are still running (on track) and those that are not running (off track). In this goals report, you will see two types of reports, namely Summary Report and Details Report.
Here's the guide to managing summary and detail report.
A. Summary Report
- To access it, go to Reports in the Goals section.
- Then, select "Summary".
- Here, you can define the type of goals, Branch/ Organization/Job position/Job Level, and Timeframe filters. Click "Generate" to apply a filter that will display data for the summary report.
- Then, the report will look like the image below.
- You can use the Search bar to find a summary of a particular employee.
- You can export to Excel by clicking "Export XLS".
B. Details Report
- In the Goal Report Details, you can see more complete information, such as targets, Achieved, Progress, Status, and others.
- Enter the Reports menu, then click select "Details".
- Here, you can define the type of goals, Branch/ Organization/Job position/Job Level, and Timeframe filters. Click "Generate" to apply a filter that will display data for the detailed report.
- Then, the report will look like the image below.
- You can make use of the Search bar to search for specific employee details.
- You can export to Excel by clicking "Export XLS".
