Master Overtime is used to add overtime policy settings if there is more than one overtime policy at the company. The settings on this menu are made based on the concept of overtime settings in the Overtime Company section. Here are the steps:

On the Dashboard, click the "Profile" icon at the top right.
- Then click"Company Settings".

On the Time Management menu select Overtime.
- Click the "Master Overtime" tab.

Click "Add" to add an overtime policy.
- Enter the name of the overtime policy in the "Name" section.

Select the type of compensation on Compensation Type Allowed .

Check "No Rounding" if there is no rounding of minutes in the overtime policy.

Fill in the rounding for the calculation of overtime minutes. To add a rounding layer click "Add More".

In Compensation Rate, if you select per day, enter the nominal overtime component calculated per day in "Amount", whereas if you select a Custom multiplier, the nominal overtime component is calculated based on the multiplier according to company regulations.

Fill in the minimum duration of overtime that will be calculated.

Click "Submit" to save.
- Minimum overtime payment before (minutes): Minimum duration before starting to calculate overtime before working hours. If it is filled with 60 minutes, then at the 61st minute the overtime calculation will start. However, the first 60 minutes will still be paid.
Furthermore, you as the super-admin can enter employee overtime data. Because you have a role as super-admin, you can enter overtime data without needing to go through the approval stage.
