Overtime is work time that exceeds the designated work schedule. In the system, overtime will be paid if there is check-in and check-out data for data validation.

- In the Time menu, click "Overtime".
Click the "General settings" tab.
Enter the required information, such as Overtime on Break Hours, Overtime Request Submission, and Overtime Payment Schedule. The following explains how to fill them out.
A. Overtime on Break Hours
In the Settings menu, you can enable the Overtime on Break Hours option. This feature helps Super Admin/admin users plan overtime policies during break hours.
Enable the “Allow overtime request on a break hours” option if you allow employees to submit overtime requests during break hours.
The “Enable strict mode on break hours” option can be enabled after you select “Allow overtime request on a break hours”. This mode requires employees to submit overtime requests covering the entire break duration; if the request covers only part of the break duration, the system will automatically reject it.
B. Overtime Request Submission
When this option is enabled, employees cannot create a new overtime request if they still have a previous request pending approval. In other words, existing overtime requests must be fully processed, whether approved or rejected, before the next overtime request can be submitted.
C. Overtime Payment Schedule
You can set the overtime payment schedule in the “Payment schedule” field. If the overtime payment period differs from the regular payroll cycle, you need to create a payment schedule master first through the Payment Schedule settings tab in the Payroll menu.
