Within Talenta Performance Management, you can view goal data as well as the history of review results. To see this, follow the steps below.

1. Visit Performance Management on the web at review.talenta.co. Then, enter your email and password, and click “Sign in”.

2. You will then be directed to the Employee Dashboard page, which contains goal data, review history, and your subordinate data.
   

3. If you have subordinates, you can enter their dashboard by clicking on the name of your subordinate.

   

4. When entering the subordinate’s dashboard, you will see the following display.
   

   Here is an explanation of the above display:
   - Competency assessment: A summary of the Competency evaluation of the employee subordinate for readiness.
   - Goal Analytics: Allows employees and supervisors to view all goals grouped by their progress status.
   - Latest Goals: Enables employees to easily monitor their goals.
   - Review history per cycle: Allows employees and supervisors to view and compare review results from each period.
   - Review feedback: Allows employees and supervisors to see a summary history of reviews and identify points that need improvement.
   - Breakdown 360 by reviewer: Allows employees and supervisors to view 360 review results in more detail, according to the reviewer’s job position for each period.

5. You can also view subordinates of the subordinate you selected by clicking the subordinate’s name on the right side as shown below.
   

   Each user can only view the subordinate dashboard up to 2 levels down.
