Besides Talenta Insights, Talenta provides a supporting application, namely Talenta Performance Review to document all employee performance appraisal activities in the company. Through Talenta Performance Review, you can define employee performance appraisal templates, define employee roles in the assessment, and publish performance appraisal results in reports.

Here are the steps.

1. Go to https://review.talenta.co/ and log in to your account.
2. As a Super Admin, you can see the dashboard page as follows.
   
   

   The AI ​​Summary column displays:
   - Notification to Super Admin about the cycle that has been summarized by AI.
   - Notification to employees when there are AI results published by HR.
   - Reviewer notification from the manager review method if there are 360/team review subordinate results that have been summarized by AI.

3. Then, you can click on your Profile located on the top right, to access the Talenta usage guide (Help & Support center) and also the button to exit the Talenta Performance Review application (Sign out).
