Besides Talenta Insights, Talenta provides a supporting application, namely Talenta Performance Review to document all employee performance appraisal activities in the company. Through Talenta Performance Review, you can define employee performance appraisal templates, define employee roles in the assessment, and publish performance appraisal results in reports.

You can access Talenta Performance through the Applications menu on the Talenta Dashboard page.

Here are the steps.

1. Open talenta.co with the Superadmin user account.
2. You will enter the Talenta Dashboard menu.
3. On the Applications menu, click Performance Review.
   
4. Next, you will be redirected to the Talenta Performance Review start page. 
   
5. Then, you can click on your Profile on the top right, to access the Talenta usage guide and also the button to exit the Talenta Performance Review application (Sign out).
