In addition to Talenta Insights, Talenta provides a supporting application, Talenta Performance Management, to document all employee performance evaluation activities within the company. Through Talenta Performance Management, you can set up employee performance evaluation templates, define employee roles in the evaluation, and publish performance evaluation reports.

Here are the steps.

1. Open https://review.talenta.co/ and log in to your account.

2. As a Super Admin, you will see a dashboard page as follows.
   

   The AI Summary column displays:
   - Notifications to the Super Admin about cycles that have been completed and summarized by AI.
   - Notifications to employees when AI results are published by HR.
   - Notifications to reviewers from the manager review method if there are results from 360/team reviews of subordinates that have been summarized by AI.

3. Then, you can click your Profile located at the top right corner to access the Talenta usage guide (Help & Support) and also the button to sign out of the Talenta Performance Management application (Sign out).
