How to Request Change Data on Talenta Mobile ESS

On Talenta Mobile, apart from viewing personal information, you can request to change the data. Following are the steps for submitting data changes:

  1. Go to Account menu.
  2. Click "Personal Information".

  3. Click "Request Change Data" to submit a change in personal data information.

  4. Select the data to be changed in the  "Select Data".

  5. Fill in the new data in "Change to".

  6. Fill in the reason for the data change in "Description".

  7. Click "Request" to submit the changes that have been made.
