How to Recalculate Taxes After Changes in PTKP Rates (Tax Recalculate)

Tax Recalculate is a feature that can be used to recalculate PPh 21 calculations when there are changes to tax-related components. This can happen if there is a change in employee PTKP rates.

Here are the steps.

  1. Go to the Payroll Menu.
  2. Select Tax Recalculate.
  3. Click “Yes”.
  4. Select the date and year for the tax recalculation.
  5. Click "Select Employee To Recalculate" to determine which employees' taxes will be recalculated.
  6. Click “Continue”.
  7. Click "View Report" and you will be directed to the report page. Select the Tax Report tab, click "Tax Detail" and click "Tax Recalculate Report"
  8. The report will look like this.
