How to Manage Attendance in Needs My Approval

If you are the approval channel for submitting absences, you can see a list of absentee applications on Talenta Mobile. In addition, you can also immediately take action on the submission.
Here are the steps.

  1. Select the Inbox Menu.
  2. Click the Needs My Approval tab, then "Attendance".
  3. You can take advantage of the following filters and features.
    No. Button/Column Name Function
    1 Select request Click to check multiple requests to be able to perform mass approve/reject actions.
    2 Filter Click to filter requests.
    3 Search bar Enter certain keywords to search for the request.
  4. Here is a list of attendance requests from employees. Click on one of the request messages that still has the status “Awaiting approval” .

    Meaning of attendance submission status:
    - Awaiting approval : The request has not been approved.
    - Approved : The request has been fully approved.
    - Rejected : The request has been rejected.

  5. You can view the attendance/live attendance request details before clicking “Approve” to approve the request or click "Reject" to reject the request.

    - You are advised to first discuss this attendance request with your employee.
    - You can check the reason why the live attendance is a request that requires your approval in the error Note field in the image above.
    - The number of HR/employee layers holding the approval lane according to the ESS settings.

  6. The following is a display of requests that have been approved by all approval layers.
