To view information about files uploaded or shared by the company, you can access the Files menu on your Talenta Mobile Home screen. In this menu, you can also download and upload your files.

Here are the steps.

1. On the Home page, click the "All Apps" menu.
   

2. Then, click "Files" on the Home page.
   

3. You will then be directed to the My files page as follows. On this page, you can upload and manage files. Here is the explanation.
   

   No.	Column/Button Name	Description
   1.	Search bar	Use this feature to search for a specific file name, making it easier for you to find files.
   2.	File index	Select a file to view more details. On this page, you can download the file by clicking "Download file".
   3.	Action button	Click to delete or edit a file.
   4.	Upload file	Click to upload your file. You will then be asked to enter the file category name and file description in File category andDescription. After that, insert the file you want to upload by clicking "+". Once the upload and file information are complete, click "Upload".
