In Talenta, there are 3 (three) types of components for which you can add amounts: allowances and deductions that are monthly (not based on formula or prorated calculations), allowances and deductions that are set up as one-time, and bonuses. These components will only apply to the month in which you run payroll (one-time/only once). In the following month, all amounts will return to their original amounts.

The following are the steps to add one-time payroll amounts:

  1. Go to the Payroll menu, then select Payroll processing.

  2. Select the Run Payroll tab.

  3. Select the period for which you want to run payroll.

  4. Next, select the payroll schedule in the "Payment Schedule" tab if there are multiple payroll processing schedules.

Select Default Payment Schedule if there is only one payroll processing schedule.

  5. Check Custom Date for BPJS Kesehatan, then select the custom date month if you want to use the BPJS rate for a specific month.

    Important
If an employee has overtime in multiple currencies, a separate row will appear for each currency. For multi-shift or cross-day overtime, the system assigns one currency based on the earliest shift policy.

  13. If you want to add an amount to a one-time component that was previously created in the settings, enter the amount in the Allowance / Deduction one time field.

If you find a non-editable field (shown in gray), this indicates that the amount is calculated based on a formula, is prorated by the system, or is daily in nature.

  14. Click “Save”.
