Time off or leave is a sub-menu that can be used to manage employee leave. In this menu, the Super Admin role, Admin/Time off request - Admin can manage the leave policy settings that apply to the company, such as creating new policies, changing policy settings to using the policy on employees.
The Time Off sub-menu can be accessed via the menu bar, Time Management tab. Hence, there will be 3 options, namely Request, Time off balance, and Settings.
This guide will explain the Request and Time off balance displays.

Here is a view of the Request.
No Button/Column Name Description 1. Help Click to get a guide to this page. 2. Period filter Click to filter the list of time off requests by yearly period. 3. Filter status Click to filter the list of time off requests based on a specific status. 4. All filters Click to display a more complete filter sidebar as follows.
You can add filters based on other categories by clicking “Add filter”, such as policy name to SBU. Then, you can check the checkbox based on the criteria of the selected category before clicking “Apply” to apply it.5. View columns Click to set the column display based on specific criteria. 6. Export data Click to export attachment or request data. Then, you can select the data period you want to export/download.
7. Search bar Type a specific keyword to search for the data you need in the list. 8. Actions Click to bring up the View details action options, for all request statuses and Approve and Reject for Pending request statuses only.
- If Super Admin/Admin Approve, it will bypass all approval lines. For example, there are 3 approval lines, then the Super Admin/admin approves from this page then the request will be approved .
- The following is an example if you click View details of a request with Pending status.9. Checkbox Check the checkbox request with Pending status to do mass approval. Therefore, you can Approve or Reject several Pending requests at once.

Here is a view of Time off balance.
No Column Description 1. Assign or Update Click to create an Assign transaction or update Balance leave/permission and will be stored the history of changes. 2. Create Time Off Click to create a new leave/permit policy setting. 3. View Settings Click to see the details of the settings of each type of leave/permit. 4. Time Off Simulation Click to simulate the calculation of the leave/permission balance. 5. Export Click to download the Template Update Balance leave/permission mass. 6. Import Click to upload message update templates in mass. This method does not store a history of changes in the number of leave/permission. 7. Showing & Search Click to choose how many types of leave you want to display or can search for more specific ones. 8. Delete Time Off Click to delete the leave/permission settings that have been made. This button functions only for types of leave/permits that have never been assigned and used by employees. 9. Log History Click to view and download the Balance Leave/Permit report in detail per employee. 10. Expired Date Is an expiration date for leave/permission. If this column is filled, the related leave/permit becomes invalid. 11. Effective Date Is the initial date of enactment of leave/permission. 12. Code Displays the leave/permission code. If you click on the Code section, you will see the details of the leave/permission settings. Here is an example of how it looks:
In this section you cannot change the settings that you have previously set in the settings menu, when creating a leave policy. This leave policy can only be deleted if the leave policy has not been used by the employee and after the employee is removed from the leave policy, which is indicated by a cross icon on the leave policy can be clicked.
13. Name Showing all leave that has been made by company policy.
