Cash Advance is a submenu that employees can use to submit requests for funds to the company in advance so that they can be used for company needs.

The Super Admin has access to perform all actions so that the application made by the "Employee" or the approval made by the "Approver" can also be carried out by the "Super Admin", except in cases where the application and approval for settlement can only be made by the party concerned.

No. Column Description
1. All Policy Column to filter all cash advance policies that have been made.
2. All Status

Column for filtering the status of cash advance submissions.

  • Pending Approval: Displays a list of cash advances whose status has not been approved by either the first or the second approver.
    *if you have multiple approver lines.
  • Rejected: Displays a list of cash advances that were rejected.
  • Need Settlement: Displays a list of cash advances that require settlement action because the application has been approved.
  • Settlement on Review: Displays a list of cash advance settlements whose accountability needs to be reviewed.
  • Cancelled: Displays a list of canceled cash advances.
  • Completed: Displays a list of cash advances that have been settled or have been accounted for.
3. Setting Button to manage cash advance policies.
