If you need to record employee information that is not available in the fields provided by Mekari Talenta, then you can add new information columns through the ESS Configuration > Custom Field menu. Click here to learn how to manage employee ESS display settings.
In this section, you will learn how to add information to custom fields that have been created as additional information components for each employee with the import feature.
Here are the steps:
- Click the "Employees" menu and then select "Employee list".
- Click the "Bulk update data" button.
- Select the employee information you want to change by clicking "Select employee" and then selecting the employees you want to update, either individually or in multiples. If you apply these changes to all employees, then select "Select all employees". Next, select the data category "Custom Field", then click "Continue".
A section like the following will appear if you select (Select employee) multiple employees.
- Then, click "Export" to download the data.
- Change data in the downloaded document. Then save the data.
- Return to the Talenta, then click “Continue”.
- Select which sections the system needs to update in the Field to be updated option. You can select All fields (update data for all columns) or Update only selected fields (update data for only a few columns). Then, click Choose File to insert the previously modified document. And click "Save" to upload the document to Talenta.
