Employee Menu Overview

Employees is a menu that is used to manage all employee information as a company database, both employee personal information, employment information, and payroll information, and includes activities for adding employees, changing employee information, employee transfer history, PTKP status adjustments, importing employee data, and so on.
 

No. Submenu Name Explanation
1 Employee directory Page that displays a list of employees and employee management.
2 Manpower planning A page that functions for workforce planning in your company.
3 New joiner submission This page is used to manage new employee invitations so that their data is recorded in the Talenta database .
4 Onboarding A page that functions to manage the onboarding flow for new employees.
5 Offboarding This page is used to manage the offboarding flow for employees who are in the process of resigning.
6 Reprimand The page that functions to manage and send warning letters.

Important 
If the company you manage consists of multiple companies, to make it easier for you to manage employee data, such as employee transfers, the employee list data displayed in the Employee directory is integrated with all companies in one multi-company group. Ensure that you have set the multi company settings.

  1. You can find a summary of important information about current staffing on this page, including total employees, new hires, and departures. Click “See full report on Talenta Insight” to go to Talenta Insight. 

  2. Here is a brief explanation of the Employee Directory menu: 

    No. Button/Column Name Function
    1 Bulk update data Used to update employee data that has been entered simultaneously, such as General Info, Emergency Contact, Family Data, Education History, Informal Education, Working Experience, Custom Field, and Profile Picture .
    2 Add employee

    Menu used to access:

    1. Add employee: Add multiple employees at once.
    2. Mass Resign (Import): Used to resign employees en masse.
    3. Import/export Prorate (Import): Manage employee prorate type data with import and export features.
    4. PTKP Status Adjustment (Import): Manage employee PTKP change data.
    3 Directory To display the Employee directory view.
    4 Organization chart To display the organizational structure.
    5 Data filters 
    To filter employee information based on Status , Employment Status , Branch , Organization , J ob Position, etc.
    6 Column display 
    Button to display employee information by column. Check the column name and click “Apply” to apply.
    7 Export employee data Download employee personnel data based on selected field information filters.
    8 Guidebook A guidebook for using Talenta.
    9 Search bar Used to search for employee information based on keywords or options provided.
    10 Checkbox Click on each employee name one by one to perform mass transfer or delete actions.

    Menu used to manage employee data:

    1. View employee's info : View employee information in detail.
    2. Transfer Employee: Update employee information in the event of transfer, rotation, or promotion. 

      The following pop-up appears if the employee's name is on another company's list in a group. You need to change the employee list directory by clicking the company name on the right, then clicking "Continue". 

    3. Resign: Resign employees in the Talenta database.
    4. Delete: Delete unnecessary employee data.

    If the employee has resigned, then when you click the "Actions" button, the following options will appear: 
    1. Resignation details: To view detailed information about the employee's resignation. 
    2. Set offboarding: To perform offboarding for employees who are in the process of resigning. 
    3. Rehire: To re-employ the employee who is resigning. 

  3. Multi-company companies can access the Employee list in 1 (one) list view. You can change the employee list in any company by clicking the company name, then check the names of the companies whose employee lists you want to see as follows.
