Employees is a menu that is used to manage all employee information as a company database, both employee personal information, employment information, and payroll information, and includes activities for adding employees, changing employee information, employee transfer history, PTKP status adjustments, importing employee data, and so on.
Apart from the Employees menu, you can also manage Employees Status via the Dashboard menu, or click here.
A. Employee Directory
You can see a summary of important information about current employment on this page, such as Total employees, new hires, and leaving.

7 | Bulk Update | Used to update employee data that has been inputted such as General Info, Emergency Contact, Family Data, Education History, Informal Education, Working Experience, Custom Field, and Profile Picture. |
8 | Export Employee List | Download employee employment data based on the selected field information filter. |

Button to display employee information by column. |
10 | Filter | To filter employee information by Status, Employment Status, Branch, Organization, and Job Position. |

B. Manpower Planning
Manpower Planning is a useful feature for optimizing human resources in a company. This feature allows companies to set up a plan for the number of employees every month and find replacement employees when there are employees who resign.
Manpower Planning is divided into 3 tabs or features in it namely Overview, Planning History and Requisition.
