Mekari Payroll Disbursement is an instant payroll payment with just one transfer to the virtual account provided by Talenta's auto-disbursement feature. You can use this auto disbursement feature for salary or THR. Before you can use this feature, you need to activate it first by contacting the support team at email support-hr@mekari.com. Here are the steps.
Important
- This is the old Payroll Disbursement view, you can change to the new view via Talent Labs.
- Click here, to see the new view of Payroll Disbursement.
A. Create Virtual Account
- Enter the Payroll menu.
- Select View Reports.
- Click “Auto Disbursement” on the bottom.
- Click “My Virtual Account” to create a virtual account that will be used in the disbursement.
- Enter virtual account information in the VA label, Description, and Bank fields as shown below.
Menu Explanation VA Label VA Labels can be used to differentiate one VA from another. Description Can be filled with an explanation related to the VA concerned, a maximum of five characters and a maximum of fifty characters.
Bank The bank that will be used for the VA in question. Banks that can be used for VA are BNI, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), BRI, BCA, Permata, BSS (Bank Sampoerna) and Mandiri.
- Click “Create” to create a virtual account number.
- Then the virtual account will be formed as shown below .
BNI's VA number with the prefix 8808 will change on February 14, 2023. Please use the updated VA number.
- Click “Save”.
A maximum of 35 Virtual Accounts can be created.
B. Create Disbursement
- Enter the Payroll menu.
- Select View Reports.
- Click “Auto Disbursement” on the bottom.
- Click “Create Disbursement” to start processing employee payroll.
- You can choose the payroll type, the options available are Salary or THR .
- Next, fill in the Payroll Payment Period information that you want to do.
- Enter the payroll schedule used in the Payroll Name column.
- Enter the payroll date or payroll schedule in the Payroll Date column .
- Next, you can fill in a description in the Payroll Description column .
- The description you enter will be reflected in the employee's account mutation.
- Each bank has a different character limit. - Click “Continue”.
- Then click "Select Employee".
- Then choose which employees will be included in the disbursement.
- Click “Select”.
- If the employee has been disburse in the same period, then the employee will have a reminder icon as shown below.
- You will receive the following notification if there is employee data that has not been completed with an account number.
- You can check your payroll details again before making a payment, by clicking "View Employees".
- After your payroll details match, click “Continue”.
- Then, a confirmation pop-up menu will appear. Check your payroll data again. Here, you can choose the Bank's Virtual Account that will be used in accordance with the Virtual Account that you previously created.
If you use:
- Bank Mandiri → can only receive from the same bank
- BNI → can receive from all banks
- BSI → can accept all banks other than BSI Bank.
- Bank Permata → can receive from all banks - If the information that appears on the screen is correct, click "Proceed to Payment".
You can carry out the disbursement process more than once in one payroll period.
- Next, follow the payment instructions that appear on the screen. Click "Check Payment Status" to see your Payroll payment status.
If you used VA BNI before February 14, next to the VA number the words New VA BNI will appear in red.
- Furthermore, the auto-disbursement system will automatically transfer funds to all employee accounts.
- If the process of sending funds to employees is complete, you will receive an email again containing information that all funds have been successfully sent. In addition, employees will also get notifications in their Inboxes.
- A list of payroll payments will appear on the Payroll Disbursement page. Click on the period that appears in the Payroll Period column to view disbursement details.
There are five types of status that will appear on this screen, namely, Not yet transferred , Success , Canceled , Processed, and Scheduled .

The following is a detailed view of the disbursement. You can click "Download data" to download disbursement data in XLS format.
