My Info Menu Overview

The My Info menu is a menu that contains all employee personal information that was previously inputted by the company on the Employee menu. To access it, click the My Info menu at the top.

The following describes each information tab in My Info.


No. Column Explanation
1. General Info
To review all employee employment data.
2. Time Management 
To review attendance data, leave data, and employee overtime data.
3. Payroll To review all employee payroll data.
4. Finance
To review employee claims data.
5. Files To review employee files.
6. Assets To review the list of assets lent to employees. 
7. History  
To review the history of changes in employee status, salary adjustments, loans, and changes in employee JKK levels.
