Talenta provides a supporting application, namely Talenta Recruitment, to support the recruitment function in a company. On the Activity Log submenu, you can view the history of user activity in the company and the status history of applicants.

Here are the steps:

A. User Activity History

1. Click "Activity Log".
   
2. Enter the  User Log tab.
   
   
3. Define the activity history period.
   
4. Select the User Name whose history will be checked in the  User column.
   
   
5. You can also use the  Search field to search for a specific history based on the word you typed.
   
6. Click the "Submit" button to show the history according to the filter used. Then, a list of user activity history based on filtered fields will appear on the screen.
   

   You can download user history as an excel file by clicking “Download Excel”.

B. History of Applicant Status

1. Click "Activity Log".
   
2. Enter the Applicant Log tab.
   
   
3. Choose the applicant's period history.
   
4. Select the name of the applicant whose history will be checked in the  Applicants column.
   
   
5. Determine the applicant's status to be displayed (available statuses are applied, rejected, declined, registered, black listed, unblack listed).
   
6. You can also use the  Search field to search for a specific history based on the word you typed.
   
7. Click the "Submit" button to show the history according to the filter used. Thus, the display of applicant status history is based on the filtered column.
   

   You can download applicant history in an excel file by clicking “Download Excel”.
