At Talenta, you can now ask the support team directly via live chat on the Dashboard. Apart from asking the support team, those of you with the Super Admin role can also use live chat to ask AI via the AI Helpdesk feature. Here are the steps to access it.

This feature is not available to all users. To activate it, you can contact the Talenta support team at support-hr@mekari.com.
- Enter the Talenta Dashboard.
- Then, click the “question mark” icon located in the bottom right corner.
- Select Quick help with AI to get instant answers from AI.
- Then the question mark icon will change to a “comment” icon. And click the icon.
- Type your question in the column provided. Then select the number you want to ask.
- Questions and answers using AI Helpdesk will look like this.
- If you still need help from our support team, you can close the conversation and click the "Chat" icon again and select Live chat or click here.
