In Talenta Insight, there is New Attendance which you can use to see employee absences and time off. New attendance will focus on metrics not present (absent, no clock in, no clock out and invalid), where this data will affect company productivity. The data presented is not real-time and there is a data sync schedule, namely at (WIB): 10 AM, 14 PM, 18 PM, 01 AM Sun-Sat. Sync data will take 4 hours.

The following is an explanation for each of the information presented on this page.

No Column Explanation 1 Frequently absent Displays the number of shifts for employees who are absent more than 3 shifts in a month. 2 Absent Displays the number of employees who were absent (not clocked in and not clocked out) in one month. 3 No clock in Displays the number of employees who did not clock in in one month. 4 No clock out Displays the number of employees who did not clock out in one month. 5 Invalid Displays the number of employee shifts that clock in/clock out outside working hours.
Example:
Employee A has a shift at 07.00 - 17.00 WIB but he clocks in at 18.00 and clocks out at 04.00. So this is considered invalid so the employee must submit a shift/attendance request to correct the clock-in and clock-out schedule.
